Made of high-quality brushed stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength; the working surface is SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
The tabletop is finely polished as a whole, with no visible welding marks. The surface is brushed to reduce glare, minimizing eye fatigue during long-term grossing, preventing scale buildup, and allowing easy cleaning.
The lower cabinet working area provides ample legroom. Both sides of the lower cabinet adopt an enclosed cabinet structure, equipped with openable cabinet doors for storage and maintenance access.
A professionally designed low-level exhaust outlet is positioned below the operator's waist. The system adopts rear negative-pressure air extraction, and the exhaust baffle above the working surface forms a 60° angle, effectively directing contaminated airflow away from the operator so that harmful gases are exhausted before being inhaled.

A spray rinsing system is installed on the left side of the working surface for tabletop cleaning, featuring a retractable hot and cold water faucet that can reach different working areas.The sink is equipped with a high-arc gooseneck faucet with sensor control, avoiding secondary contamination during hand washing and ensuring safe water use, thorough cleaning, and no dead corners.
Side spray water outlet is controlled by a stainless steel angle valve; hot and cold water faucets are controlled by sensor devices.
The operating area adopts a recessed design with a 3° inclination toward the sink, allowing wastewater to drain smoothly and promptly without external force, ensuring no water accumulation on the tabletop.
Equipped with a dedicated water heater for the grossing station, supporting both heat storage and instant hot water supply, with two-level adjustable temperature control.
The sink is seamlessly welded and integrally formed, size ≥ 340 × 330 × 170 mm (dimensions can be adjusted according to tabletop width).A non-electromagnetic magnetic knife holder is installed above the operating area for convenient placement and retrieval of grossing instruments.
