Product Introduction
This device is a new-generation fully automatic liquid-based cytology (LBC) slide processor. It integrates automated control, natural cell sedimentation, cell adhesion protection, and drop staining technology into one system.
It is mainly used for preparing cytology slides from specimens such as cervical samples, sputum, pleural and ascitic fluids, urine, organ lavage fluids, and fine needle aspiration (FNA) samples.

Fully English interface, equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen. Features intelligent shortcut keys for blind operation (no need to view the screen). Even if the display or touch function fails, the main functions of the processor can still operate normally.
Microcomputer-controlled system, integrating slide preparation and staining in one unit. Fully automatic operation, capable of processing and staining 1–32 slides per batch, with a throughput of 32 slides in 36 minutes.
Utilizes the widely adopted natural cell sedimentation method. The reagent containing tissue cells is placed into a sedimentation chamber with a slide at the bottom. Cells settle naturally by gravity and are captured onto adhesive-coated slides.
Advanced reagent technology: Supporting reagents are free of carcinogenic components such as formaldehyde and xylene. They offer excellent performance in cell preservation, red blood cell lysis, mucus dissociation, sterilization, and inactivation.
The system provides multiple operating modes, supports up to 3 customizable staining programs, and allows the use of up to 6 staining solutions to meet different specimen processing requirements.
One-touch operation to select automatic programs and sample quantity, with no need for manual input. Each specimen can produce two or more slides.
Single-slide independent staining: Each specimen is processed and stained in an independent chamber. Staining reagents are dispensed using dedicated disposable syringes, ensuring one-time use and effectively preventing cross-contamination between samples.
High-stability design: Disposable pipette tips are used to transfer tissue cells into the sedimentation chamber. The system features no reagent transfer pipelines, no air pumps, no liquid pumps, and no gas-liquid transmission lines, eliminating failures caused by pipeline aging or blockage, and preventing cross-contamination.
High-precision stepper motor-driven syringe pump for reagent dispensing, with an accuracy of ≤0.01 mL. Equipped with automatic tip ejection function, and capable of returning to the original position for secondary slide preparation.
Integrated cell preservation solution bottle design: The preservation bottle can be used for both centrifugation and slide preparation directly within the instrument, eliminating the need for additional centrifuge tubes or test tubes, thereby improving workflow efficiency.
Automatic flushing and drainage function, which can be enabled or disabled as needed. The system can be connected to tap water to automatically flush away discharged waste liquid.
After slide preparation, the system can automatically return the supernatant from the sedimentation chamber on the slide back to the original cell preservation solution bottle. The recovered supernatant can be reused for HPV and other related tests.
Suitable for processing and slide preparation of various specimens, including cervical samples, pleural and peritoneal fluids, sputum, urine, effusions, cerebrospinal fluid, puncture fluids, and organ lavage fluids.
Equipped with an automatic waste disposal function, allowing all waste liquid in the sedimentation chambers to be discharged at once, significantly saving time.
Features fault protection and alarm functions, as well as power failure protection, with automatic resumption of operation once power is restored.
